Every premium cigar is rolled by hand. Consistent bunching and wrapper application ensure an even draw and burn. A skilled torcedor can produce hundreds of cigars in a day while maintaining remarkable consistency.
Quality Control
Before leaving the factory, premium cigars are inspected for appearance, construction, weight, and draw. Many brands perform draw testing to ensure every cigar delivers the experience intended by the blender.
