My Journey
My journey into cigars began under the mentorship of Ember & Oak Cigars.
As they built their brand from the ground up, I was fortunate enough to work closely and witness firsthand the passion, discipline, and dedication required to grow a cigar business and community.
More importantly, I witnessed the power of cigar culture.
I saw how cigars brought people together from different industries, backgrounds, and stages of life. I saw conversations begin between strangers and friendships form through a shared appreciation of the craft.
Not long after, I smoked my first cigar.
What started as curiosity quickly became respect.
I became fascinated by the history, artistry, traditions, and generations of knowledge that exist behind every cigar.
Each cigar represented something much bigger than tobacco.
It represented craftsmanship, patience, heritage, and human connection.
Carrying The Legacy Forward
The lessons I learned inspired me to create something of my own.
Not to compete.
Not to reinvent cigar culture.
But to contribute to it.
Your Cigar Guy was created out of respect for the legacy that welcomed me into this world and out of a desire to create opportunities for others to experience that same sense of connection.
I do not claim to know everything there is to know about cigars.
I’m still learning every day.
And perhaps that’s what makes this journey so rewarding.
The cigar world is vast, rich, and constantly evolving.
My goal is to learn alongside this community while creating memorable experiences that bring people together.
