Your Cigar Guy (YCG) is a Cape Town cigar culture and curation company. We work with corporate hosts, event organisers and hospitality venues to design considered, adults-only cigar experiences, so the hour after the dinner, the golf or the deal is the one your guests remember.

What We Do
Corporate Events & Client Entertainment
Client evenings, year-end functions, executive dinners, product launches and private celebrations. YCG designs and hosts a curated cigar lounge as part of your event, with a YCG host who guides guests through the culture, the craft and the etiquette at an unhurried pace. On request, this can include our Discovery Reserve format: a guided pairing evening for small groups.

Golf Days
The 19th hole is where relationships are built. For corporate golf days and sponsored events, YCG designs the hour after the final putt: a relaxed, well-run cigar area that fits the club's rules and leaves your guests with something to talk about.

How It Works: The YCG Discovery Journey
Every engagement follows the same three stages as our Society evenings: Discover · Experience · Remember.
DISCOVER
1. Enquire. Email admin@ycgstogies.com with your date, venue, guest numbers and the kind of event or programme you have in mind.
2. Consult. We talk through your guests, your goals and your venue's house rules. Where it helps, we visit the venue first.
3. Design. You receive a tailored proposal and run-sheet covering format, timings, hosting and what YCG provides.
EXPERIENCE
4. Host. On the day, the YCG team sets up, hosts and looks after your guests from start to finish. Guests always choose whether to take part.
REMEMBER
5. Review. We follow up after the event to review how it went. For venues, we then refine the programme and refresh staff training as needed.
